Sackett v EPA

How wonderful, the E.P.A. can't issue compliance orders, and proceed to prevent you from challenging that compliance order in court.

They don't get their property back, their millions of dollars in fines removed, an apology, or a prosecution of the criminal bureaucrats involved in this case. All the Sackett's have won is the right to go to court, which I guess is something American citizens do not have by default.
